Recipe Description
This moist, rich cake is glazed with cherry and almond flavors.  I prefer to use use Amaretto liqueur, as it is the perfect complement to the other flavors.  Any number of liqueurs can be used however, depending upon personal preference.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup(c)  almonds, sliced
1 Package(pk)  pudding cake mix
4   eggs
1 Cup(c)  water
1/3 Cup(c)  vegetable oil
1/2 Tablespoon(T)  almond flavoring
1 Package(pk)  chocoate pudding
1/2 Cup(c)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  butter
1/2 Tablespoon(T)  cherry flavoring
1/2 Tablespoon(T)  almond flavoring
3 Tablespoon(T)  amaretto liqueur
1/4 Cup(c)  cream

Preparation

Prepare cake mix with special ingredients for pound cake (pudding mix, eggs, water and oil).  Add 1 teaspoon almond flavoring.  Line greased bundt pan with sliced almonds.  Bake according to recipe directions.  To prepare glaze:  Combine sugar, butter, cream, cherry and almond flavorings in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil.  When mixture cools, add liqueur.  Spoon sauce over cake slowly until cake is saturated.

Additional notes

Chocolate or vanilla pudding can be used, depending upon preference.
