4 119/2000 Gram(g)  cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1883/2000 Gram(g)  cooked ham, chopped
5 59/200 Gram(g)  mushrooms, sliced
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste
1   chicken bouillon cube
72 Teaspoon(t)  water
36 Teaspoon(t)  heavy whipping cream
4 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
3 Cup(c)  steamed broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces

Preparation

Steam the broccoli.  Combine 1 cup of the broccoli, cream cheese, heavy cream and 1/4 cup water in a food processor, with the S blade in place.  Process until smooth.  Transfer
mixture to a large saucepan.  Add bouillon, pepper, the rest of the broccoli, mushrooms, ham and the rest of the water.  Simmer over medium heat until the mushrooms are soft.  Add cheddar and stir until melted, then serve.
