Recipe Description
For the perfect flavor pairing, serve this creamy sauce with your favorite variety of poached white fish.

Ingredients

1 Pinch(pn)  black pepper, freshly ground
1 Pinch(pn)  salt
1/2 Cup(c)  heavy cream
3 Tablespoon(T)  anchovy paste
2 Ounce(oz)  butter
3 Cup(c)  white sauce

Preparation

Prepare the white sauce.  In a separate saucepan melt the butter over low heat.  Add the anchovy paste and mix well.  Gradually pour in the white sauce and add the cream.  Simmer
over low heat for 10 minutes.  Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
