2 | Tablespoon(T) | butter | |
1 | Can(cn) | asparagus | |
1/2 | Cup(c) | cheese, grated | |
1 | Can(cn) | green peas, small can | |
1 | Cup(c) | bread crumbs | |
10 3/4 | Ounce(oz) | cream of mushroom soup | |
2 | Tablespoon(T) | pimentos, chopped |
Preparation
Drain asparagus and peas.
Place melted butter in a casserole dish and add asparagus and peas.
Sprinkle with pimento.
Cut eggs into rings and place on top.
Pour the undiluted soup over the top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven; add cheese and return to bake until cheese melts.
