2 | Cup(c) | pumpkin, cooked and mashed | |
1 1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | salt | |
1 | Teaspoon(t) | cinnamon | |
1 | Teaspoon(t) | nutmeg | |

1 | Cup(c) | oil | |
3 | Cup(c) | sugar |
Preparation
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Beat well.
Add remining ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter into 2 loafs or 3 1lb. coffee cans, which have been greased.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Slide bread out of pans or cans and cool.
