1/2 Cup(c)  caster sugar
2   egg white
2 Teaspoon(t)  plain flour
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
2   egg yolks, beaten
4 Ounce(oz)  sour cream
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
4 Ounce(oz)  butter, melted
8 Ounce(oz)  sweet biscuits


Preheat the oven to 315 degrees F. Grease three deep 12-hole muffin tins, and line with paper. Place biscuits in liner and form up the sides. Mix all dry ingredients together, then gently fold in wet ingredients. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each base and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
