A tangy barbecue sauce, made for grilling meats and topping sandwiches.

Ingredients

1/2 Teaspoon(t)  worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  onion powder
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  tabasco sauce
2 Teaspoon(t)  dark brown sugar
2 Teaspoon(t)  water
1 Cup(c)  ketchup

Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients and cook over medium heat.  Stir until the sauce begins to boil, about 7 minutes.  Remove the pan ftom the heat.  Let cool, covered.  Store covered, in the refrigerator.  Keeps for at least 1 month.

Additional notes

Tip:  For an even greater kick, add more Tabasco sauce and some diced jalapeno pepper.
