1 Pound(lb)  extra lean ground beef, cut into 2 by 2 1/2 inch strips
1/2 Cup(c)  white onion, sliced
1 Clove(clv)  garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium beef broth
6 Ounce(oz)  mushrooms, drained
2 Drop(dr)  hot sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium soy sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
10 3/4 Ounce(oz)  low sodium reduced fat tomato soup
12 Ounce(oz)  yolkless wide noodles, cooked
1 Dash(ds)  nutmeg, grated

Preparation

Saute the beef, onion, and garlic in broth in a skillet. When browned, add the mushrooms, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, seasonings, and soup. Simmer until the beef is tender. Serve over noodles.
