Recipe Description
Filling biscuit snacks topped with a seasoned ground beef and cheese mix.

Ingredients

1 Package(pk)  refrigerated biscuits (10 pack)
1/2 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  italian seasoning
2 Teaspoon(t)  minced onion
1/2 Pound(lb)  ground beef
1/2 Cup(c)  tomato sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown ground beef in frying pan and drain fat.

Add tomato sauce, onion and both seasonings.

Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.

Separate biscuits and place each one in the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan.

Spoon beef mixture into biscuit cup.

Sprinkle each with grated cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve warm.
