Recipe Description
The flaky puff pastry practically melts in your mouth and nicely complements the wonderful flavor of Brie. Try Brie wheels that have herbs or other seasonings.

8 Ounce(oz)  brie round
2   eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tablespoon(T)  all purpose flour
1   frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out pastry into a 1/8 inch thick round. Cut dough round into 16 equal triangles, beginning in center. Cut the cheese wheel into 16 equal triangles. Using your hands, roll cheese triangles into balls. Place a cheese ball on each dough triangle. Wrap cheese balls with dough and arrange dough wrapped cheese balls on foil, 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart. Brush with beaten eggs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
