1 Pinch(pn)  black pepper, freshly ground
1 Pinch(pn)  salt
2 Tablespoon(T)  malt vinegar
1/2 Cup(c)  capers
2 Cup(c)  basic brown sauce

Preparation

Add the capers and vinegar to the Basic Brown Sauce.  Heat thoroughly over low heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
