5 | sweet peppers | ||
1 | head cabbage |
Preparation
Chop the peppers and cabbage.
If using fresh corn, cut from the cob.
Mix all ingredients, add a pint of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot, or cold with lettuce or cress.
