This is truly a quick and easy crumble recipe. Make it with fresh peaches, for a real summertime treat.

Ingredients

1 Teaspoon(t)  butter flavored extract
1/2 Cup(c)  low fat margarine
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
2 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  almonds, slivered
1/2 Cup(c)  whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup(c)  oat flakes
2 Cup(c)  oat bran
3 Cup(c)  sliced peaches, fresh or frozen

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the peaches in a square casserole dish. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the margarine and extract. Work by hand until crumbly. Spread over the peaches and bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
