1   egg
1 Tablespoon(T)  skim milk
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
2 Slice(sli)  whole grain wheat bread

Preparation

Beat the egg and the milk with the cinnamon. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides. Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray, and heat over medium heat. Fry the bread in the pan, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.
