Recipe Description
What kid wouldn't want a fruit skewer? The fruit becomes super sweet and caramelized from the grill, and is easy to easy to eat straight off the skewers. What could be easier?

Ingredients

1/4 Cup(c)  melted butter
1 Cup(c)  melon chunks
8   grapes
1 Cup(c)  pineapple chunks
8   strawberries, hulled

Preparation

Alternate threading the fruit on as many skewers as you can. Brush with the melted butter. Heat a grill grate to medium high heat and grill the fruit, turning until all sides are lightly browned. Serve with yogurt as a dipping sauce if desired.
