Serves To:USMetric
1 Pinch(pn)  splenda, to taste
1/2 Cup(c)  rice vinegar
2 Tablespoon(T)  extra light olive oil
8 Ounce(oz)  red cabbage, shredded


Saute cabbage in the olive oil in a big frying pan, covered, over medium low heat.  Every few minutes, remove the lid, and stir.  Cook until softened but not mushy.  Stir in the rice vinegar and Splenda and cook for another 2 minutes.

Additional notes

Note:  You can use bagged shredded cabbage for this and save a bunch of time and effort.
