1/2 Teaspoon(t)  celery flakes
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  celery seeds
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  caraway seeds
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  fennel seeds
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  dill weed, dried
1 Teaspoon(t)  black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  salt
2   lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tablespoon(T)  extra virgin or full bodied olive oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  extra light, mild tasting olive oil

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a jar. Stir ingredients well to mix. Set aside for an hour to let flavors combine. Stir well before using.
