Recipe Description
For best results, use a crouton type of stuffing mix, rather than one made from crumbs.  The texture will be far more pleasing to the palate.

1/2 Bunch(bn)  watercress, stems removed
1   large red onion, coarsely chopped
1   large sweet green pepper, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
1   large sweet red pepper, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 Cup(c)  prepared stuffing mix
2 Cup(c)  cooked turkey, diced
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  black pepper
1 Tablespoon(T)  chutney, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon(T)  oriental sesame oil
1/4 Cup(c)  reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Cup(c)  plain low fat yogurt


In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, oil, chutney and black pepper until smooth.  Add the turkey, stuffing mix, red and green peppers, onion and watercress.  Toss well and serve.
