Recipe Description
This is my favorite all purpose sauce to serve with any fish, especially salmon.  It works well as a dip for vegetables too!

Ingredients

10 1/2 Ounce(oz)  silken soft tofu
1/4 Cup(c)  fresh dill, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  green onions, chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tablespoon(T)  vegan mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  black pepper, freshly ground

Preparation

Using a sieve, drain tofu.  In a food processor, puree drained tofu, dill, parsley, onions, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.  Spoon into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
