Serves To:USMetric
10 Ounce(oz)  grape jelly
12 Ounce(oz)  chili sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  ginger, ground
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  worcestershire sauce
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh parsley, minced
2   egg whites, slightly beaten
1/3 Cup(c)  onion, minced
1 Cup(c)  fresh breadcrumbs
1 Pound(lb)  turkey, ground

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.  This mixture needs to be fairly firm, so add more breadcrumbs if needed.  Shape into 1 inch balls.  Heat a large nonstick skillet, add the oil, then meatballs.  Cook until done, turning gently to brown on all sides.  Drain.  To make the sauce, combine the chili sauce, jelly and ginger in a medium sized saucepan.  Heat over medium low heat until the jelly is melted, stirring constantly.  Add the meatballs.  Stir gently to coat all sides.  Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.  Serve in an ovenproof dish set on a heating tray with wooden picks.
