UFOODZ Privacy Policy (Effective date January 22, 2010) At UFOODZ, we respect your privacy and want you to know exactly how and when we collect and use information that can specifically identify you. We are therefore posting UFOODZ’s Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to inform you of UFOODZ’s practices in protecting your personal information. 11. What Happens to my Personal Information if I Terminate my UFOODZ Account? When your UFOODZ account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in “deactivated” status on our relevant UFOODZ databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely.
