I guess this is where we share cooking techniques, right? I'm currently loving toasted nuts - any kind of nuts: almonds and sunflower seeds are what I often use. Roasting enhances the nutty flavor. I love sprinkling them on salads, fish, steaks - whatever. SO GOOD.

I finally learned how to flip food in a pan without using a spatula or other utensil, and I love it. I feel like a real chef now - LOL!

I hope this doesn't sound bad, but I'm really into pounding meat. Pounding a cut of meat out can really enhance the flavor and make it easier to cook.
