4   carrots
1/4 Cup(c)  apple juice concentrate
1 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil


Preheat oven to 450° F. Peel and thinly slice carrots. Toss carrots with apple juice concentrate in a medium bowl. Spread carrot slices on a baking sheet that has been lightly coated in olive oil. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
