Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
3 Tablespoon(T)  worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  liquid smoke
3 Tablespoon(T)  dark brown sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  apple cider vinegar
1 Cup(c)  ketchup
1 Pound(lb)  pound racks pork baby back ribs, cut in half

Place the ribs in a large pot and fill the pot with enough water to cover the ribs.

Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour or until the ribs are fork-tender.

While the ribs are boiling, combine the remaining ingredients in a
medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring often, for 30 minutes or until the sauce mixture is slightly thickened.

Preheat the broiler.

Place the boiled ribs, meat side down, on a broiler pan.

Brush with half the sauce and broil four to five inches from the heat source for six to seven minutes, or until the edges are slightly charred.

Turn the ribs over, brush with the remaining sauce, and broil for an additional six to seven minutes, or until the edges are slightly charred.
