Asian Pasta And Shrimp Soup

Ingredients

1/8 Teaspoon(t)  ground ginger
2 Tablespoon(T)  cayenne pepper sauce
4 Ounce(oz)  honey dijon mustard
1/2 Pound(lb)  snow peas, cut into thin strips
4 Ounce(oz)  medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 Cup(c)  angel hair pasta, broken into 2-inch lengths
2 Can(cn)  vegetable broth
2 Teaspoon(t)  asian sesame oil
3 Ounce(oz)  fresh shiitake mushrooms

Preparation

Remove and discard stems from mushrooms. Cut mushrooms into thin strips. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and stir-fry 3 minutes or just until tender. Add broth and water to saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir in pasta. Cook 2 minutes or just until tender. Add remaining ingredients, stirring frequently. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and peas are tender.
