Recipe Description
This recipe works nicely with many different summer fruits. Experiment with a variety of berries to provide different sources of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

1 Pinch(pn)  black pepper, ground, to taste
1 Pinch(pn)  salt, to taste
1/4 Cup(c)  sweet onion, diced
3/4 Cup(c)  strawberries, diced
2   fresh nectarines
3 Tablespoon(T)  lime juice, freshly squeezed
2   ripe avocados

Preparation

Remove the pit from the avocados and slice into long strips. Arrange slices on a plate. Squeeze lime juice over the avocados to help maintain freshness. Pit and dice the nectarines. Mix together the nectarines, strawberries and onion in a bowl. Top avocados with the mixture of nectarines, strawberries, and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
