1/2 Cup(c)  fat free plain yogurt
20 Ounce(oz)  frozen broccoli, chopped
10 3/4 Ounce(oz)  reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium chicken broth
1 Cup(c)  fat free cheese cracker crumbs
1 Cup(c)  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1   small onion, grated
1/4 Cup(c)  egg substitute


Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook or steam the broccoli slightly in a pan. Drain and combine with the soup, yogurt, egg substitute, onion and cheese. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish coated with nonstick spray. Spoon the cracker crumbs over the broccoli, then sprinkle with chicken broth. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
