1/2 Cup(c)  fat free milk
3 Tablespoon(T)  canola oil
1   egg
1/3 Cup(c)  cooked baked potato, mashed
1/2 Cup(c)  red onion, chopped
2 Teaspoon(t)  sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  dry yeast


All ingredients should be at room temperature. Place ingredients into pan in the order suggested by the machine's manual. Set for a 2 pound loaf and bake as directed.
