1 Cup(c)  onion, sliced
1 Cup(c)  celery, diced
1 Pinch(pn)  salt, to taste
1 Cup(c)  bread crumbs
2 Tablespoon(T)  butter, melted
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste
3 Cup(c)  tomatoes


Butter a baking dish and arrange layers of vegetables with buttered bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste, and bake in a hot 400° F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
