Banana Berry Smoothie

This is a flavorful, light and refreshing smoothie, without a lot of calories.

Ingredients

1   banana
1/2 Cup(c)  red raspberries
1/2 Cup(c)  plain yogurt
1/2 Cup(c)  blackberries
1/2 Cup(c)  ice

Preparation

Cut a handful of raspberries into small pieces that will fit through a straw and set aside.  Cut bananas to fit in blender.  Blend the banana, ice and yogurt with the blackberries and raspberries until smooth.  Place a few pieces of the red raspberries at the bottom of the serving glass or cup.  Pour 1/2 of the smoothie into the cup and then add more pieces of the raspberries.  Top with more pieces of berry if desired, and enjoy.
