2 Cup(c)  white whole wheat flour
1 Tablespoon(T)  baking powder, divided
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
3/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Cup(c)  applesauce
1/2 Cup(c)  butter, softened
2 Tablespoon(T)  apple juice concentrate
1/3 Cup(c)  agave nectar
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla
4   ripe bananas
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder


Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl combine flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, combine applesauce with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Thoroughly mix in butter, apple juice concentrate, agave nectar and vanilla. Mash bananas. Mix bananas into wet ingredients. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet. Pour batter into a lightly oiled standard loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then cool completely on cooling rack.
