Recipe Description
Here is creamed gellatin sald that goes great and pcinics and potlucks , add you favorite fruit and nuts and it s a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  whipping cream,whipped, regular or pareve,
1 Cup(c)  sliced fruit
3/4 Cup(c)  cold water
1 Cup(c)  boiling water
1 Package(pk)  fruit-flavored gelatin

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Whip cream and stir into gelatin. Add fruit. Pour into a greased mold.

Chill 4 hours. Unmold just before serving.

Garnish with sliced fresh fruit and whipped cream.
