12 Ounce(oz)  dried elbow macaroni
1 1/2 Pound(lb)  lean ground beef
1 1/2 Ounce(oz)  beef stew seasoning mix
2 Cup(c)  four cheese blend, shredded
10 3/4 Ounce(oz)  condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 Cup(c)  frozen onion, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  reduced sodium beef broth
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh tomato, chopped (optional)
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook macaroni for 5 to 6 minutes or until almost al dente. Drain and transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker. In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and beef stew seasoning mix until beef is browned, breaking up clumps. Drain off fat. Stir beef, cheese, soup, onion and beef broth into pasta in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 2 to 4 hours. Serve with chopped tomato and parsley (optional).
