Blueberry Cake

1/2 Cup(c)  milk
3 Cup(c)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  vegetable oil
1   egg
1/3 Cup(c)  flour
2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
2 Cup(c)  blueberries, well drained
1/4 Cup(c)  butter
1/2 Cup(c)  granulated sugar
1/3 Cup(c)  flour
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon


Cream together the sugar, oil and egg until lemon colored. Stir in milk thoroughly. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt and stir into creamed mixture. Gently fold in the blueberries. Spread batter into a greased and floured 9 by 9 inch square baking pan. To prepare topping: Melt butter. Stir in sugar, flour and cinnamon. Crumble over cake batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees F.
