Recipe Description
This white bread is very easy to prepare. You can make it to produce your own bread crumbs, French toast and a variety of other dishes.

Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  warm low sodium water, 100° to 110° f
1 Tablespoon(T)  cider vinegar
3 Tablespoon(T)  extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract
2 7/8 Cup(c)  unbleached bread flour
1 Tablespoon(T)  vital wheat gluten
2 Tablespoon(T)  white granulated sugar
2 Tablespoon(T)  potato flour
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  ascorbic acid
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  granulated onion
2 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast

Preparation

Place all ingredients into your bread machine and set for white bread, 2 pound loaf, medium crust. When done, roll out onto rack and cool. You can freeze these in ziplock plastic bags for up to a month.
