If you like, add any cooked vegetables such as mushrooms, asparagus or red bell peppers to these cute little pizzas.

Ingredients

4   whole wheat pita bread
3 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoon(T)  butter
4   eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoon(T)  milk
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
2   chicken sausage patties, chopped
1 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400° F. Place pita breads on a cookie sheet and spread each with 1/4 of the cream cheese. Set aside. Heat butter in small skillet over medium heat. In small bowl combine eggs with milk and salt and beat well. Pour into skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are set but still moist about 5 minutes. Divide among pita breads. Top with chopped chicken patties and cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pizzas are hot and cheese melts and begins to bubble. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
