Ingredients

6   medium baking potatoes
1 Tablespoon(T)  vinegar or lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(T)  margarine, melted
1 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese
   garlic salt, to taste
   seasoned salt, to taste
   pepper to taste

Preparation

Scrub potatoes and cut into 3/4" wedges (leave skin on).

Drop into large pot of boiling water and boil for 4 to 5 minutes; drain.

Arrange potatoes on a cookie sheet. Brush with vinegar or lemon juice.

Brush with melted margarine.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.

Season with garlic salt, seasoned salt and pepper to taste.

Broil for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn and broil for 5 to 10 minutes until golden.
