Recipe Description
I came up with this particular combination of ingredients by happy accident. I was snacking onsome cashews while preparing the ingredients for an Ethiopian vegetable stew. I had someextra cabbage and tried the two together. Et voila!

Ingredients

4 Cup(c)  cabbage, shredded
1 Cup(c)  roasted cashews, coarsely chopped
1/3 Cup(c)  red onions, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup(c)  fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt, or to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, cashews, onions and parsley. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
