1/4 | Cup(c) | italian stewed tomatoes, chopped | |
1/4 | Pound(lb) | bulk italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained | |
1/4 | Cup(c) | black olives, chopped | |
8 | pepperoni slices | ||
1/4 | Cup(c) | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove mushroom stems, placing them gill side up on a baking sheet. Put half of the stewed tomatoes on each mushroom. Add the sausage, olives, pepperoni and even the sliced mushroom stems, if you like. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese begins to brown.
