Recipe Description
These biscuits offer a warm and cheesy alternative to crackers as a soup partner. During baking, a little bit if cheese may pop out of the warm biscuit tops.

Ingredients

12 Ounce(oz)  refrigerated flaky biscuits
2 1/2 Ounce(oz)  american or cheddar cheese, cut into ten 3/4 inch cubes
1 Tablespoon(T)  milk
1 Teaspoon(t)  sesame seeds

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Partially separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Insert 1 cheese cube. Press edge to seal well. Place filled biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut a deep "X" on top of each biscuit. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
