Ingredients

7 1/2 Ounce(oz)  farmer cheese
2 Tablespoon(T)  cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 Teaspoon(t)  lemon rind, grated
1/4 Cup(c)  sugar
1 Tablespoon(T)  all purpose flour
1/4 Cup(c)  golden raisins
1   egg

Preparation

In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Add the farmer cheese, cream cheese, and lemon rind. Stir until combined. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and flour and stir into cheese mixture. Stir in the raisins.
