Ingredients

5 Cup(c)  uncooked dumpling egg noodles
5 1/2 Pound(lb)  lean ground turkey
1   medium onion, chopped
14 Ounce(oz)  spaghetti sauce
10 3/4 Ounce(oz)  condensed cheddar cheese soup
8 Ounce(oz)  tomato sauce
4 Ounce(oz)  mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  thyme leaves, dried
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
2 Cup(c)  colby monterey jack cheese blend or cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in large bowl. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium high heat, brown ground turkey and onion until turkey is thoroughly cooked. Drain, if necessary. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese and noodles. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour turkey mixture over noodles and mix well. Spoon into ungreased 13 by 9 inch (3-quart) baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
