1/4   head lettuce, shredded
1   medium tomato, quartered
1 Slice(sli)  green pepper, cut into a ring
1/4 Cup(c)  red cabbage, shredded
1/4 Cup(c)  carrots, shaved
1/4 Cup(c)  fresh raw vegetables, cut up
1 Ounce(oz)  jarlsberg lite cheese, cut in narrow strips
1 Ounce(oz)  white meat of turkey or chicken, cut in strips
1   hard boiled egg, quartered (optional)
2   large leaves of romaine lettuce
1 Pinch(pn)  herb salt, to taste
1 Pinch(pn)  black pepper, to taste


Arrange your vegetables, cheese and meat attractively on the romaine, and sprinkle with seasonings to taste. Add dressing to taste.
