Ingredients

3 Pound(lb)  chicken fryer, cut up
1   salt and pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon(t)  poultry seasoning
10   fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Cup(c)  chicken broth or white wine
1 Can(cn)  cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup(c)  sour cream
1/4 Cup(c)  flour

Preparation

Place chicken pieces in a crock pot.

Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Add sliced mushrooms. Mix together wine and soup; pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours (high heat for 3 to 4 hours).

In last half hour of cooking, remove chicken pieces.

Stir together 1 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup flour and add to drippings, sauce in crock pot.

Serve sauce over chicken with rice or noodles.
