Simple Greek kabob recipe that is full of flavor and is incredibly easy to make.

3/4 Cup(c)  olive oil
3 Tablespoon(T)  oregano
2 Teaspoon(t)  garlic, minced
1/3 Cup(c)  red wine
3/4 Cup(c)  wine vinegar
1 1/2 Pound(lb)  boneless skinless chicken breasts


Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a glass baking dish, or resealable plastic bag.

Separate 1/2 cup of the marinade and place in refrigerator.

Add chicken to the remaining marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade and thread the chicken on skewers.

Bring separated marinade just to a boil in a saucepan.

Place chicken on grill and brush with marinade as you turn the skewers.

Grill for a total of about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink.

Serve with a salad and pita bread.
