1 Cup(c)  uncooked long grain rice
1/2 Package(pk)  onion soup mix
10 3/4 Ounce(oz)  reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
5 1/2 Cup(c)  boiling water
1/4 Cup(c)  white wine
2 Tablespoon(T)  pimiento
4   boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste


Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine the rice, onion soup mix, mushroom soup, water, wine and pimiento. Pour into a large casserole. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Arrange on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake, covered, for 1 hour or until tender and liquid is absorbed. Serve immediately.
