Recipe Description
An easy dip recipe that is popular at any gathering.  Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or crusty french bread slices.  This one is guaranteed to fly off the plate!

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 Cup(c)  mayonnaise
4 Ounce(oz)  green chiles, diced
6 Ounce(oz)  marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Preparation

Spread canned and marinated artichokes hearts in a well greased shallow 2 quart baking pan.  Scatter chiles on top, then carefully spread mayonnaise over all.  Sprinkle evenly with cheese, then cover pan with foil and bake in a 350 degree F oven until bubbly and heated through, about 15 minutes.  Serve hot.
