1/4 | Teaspoon(t) | salt | |
1/4 | Teaspoon(t) | chili powder | |
1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | ground coriander | |
1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | ground cumin | |
1 | Tablespoon(T) | ginger root, finely chopped | |
1 | Clove(clv) | garlic, peeled and finely chopped | |
2/3 | Cup(c) | plain yogurt |
Preparation
Mix together yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, chili and salt. Place the fish in a shallow dish and pour the spiced yogurt mixture over it. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Heat the broiler. Transfer the fish onto a foil-lined broiler pan and cook under a hot broiler for 5-8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
