Ingredients

2   cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon(T)  rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  honey
1 Teaspoon(t)  asian sesame oil

Preparation

Whisk together the oil, honey, soy and vinegar. Toss the cucumbers in the dressing, coating them well. Refrigerate the salad before serving.
