1 1883/2000 Gram(g)  caster sugar
1 Teaspoon (Metric)(tsp)  salt
4 119/2000 Gram(g)  butter, melted
85 Gallon(gal)  coconut, desiccated
9 89/500 Gram(g)  plain chocolate chips
50 Teaspoon(t)  sweetened condensed milk
4 119/2000 Gram(g)  walnuts, chopped

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, sugar, salt and butter. Press the mixture evenly over the bottom of an ungreased 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the coconut over the biscuit base, then scatter over the chocolate chips. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the chocolate. Sprinkle the walnuts on top. Bake 30 minutes. Remove onto a wire rack and let cool, preferably overnight. When cooled, cut into slices.
